In my opinion, the showroom should be at the big side and the office should be at the small side.
In the part of showroom should have both natural light and artificial light, to create various atmospheres. The aperture of the building should have a few but quite big to make the contrast between natural light and artificial light and make the connection between in and out. Now, I try to find the answer " how to move through my building?"

It seems that the model on top (especially third image from top) is going into the right direction.
Please rethink the scale of your models. The red figures should be a quarter of their height (4 times smaller) to fit the scale.
