I try to find the technique to apply the idea of venation in to my models, which also consider about articulation of interior space.

I see spaceships!!!
... and I love spaceships,
so lets just say you were supposed to design a spaceship for a science fiction movie, you would have to design an object that convinces us that it were able to fly; it needed something that resembles (looks like) an engine, a bridge, apertures for the crew and passenger cabins etc. Its the same for your architectural creatures. it's OK that they don't look like an typical building, but you should start to think about what's actually happening in the structures you create and how you as an architect can facilitate it or make it more enjoyable for the people working there.
Your best approach so far seems to be the object in the first three images. I like the 3rd images (view from above) where it looks almost like a catamaran.
The most convincing in terms of scale seems to be image 9 (from top). That is a results of the dimensions of the "rods" of the remeshing structure.
I'm not so convinced about the rectangular grid though. Please try more subtle remeshing methods.
So please keep on working on the first model of your post (top three images) but reduce the elements and try to formulate your design more into something that answers the following possible questions of the jury:
where do I enter the structure?
How do I move through the building (other then at 0 Gravity)?
How big is it? (See image 9 of you post where the scale is almost right because of the dimenions of the structural elements)
and then start thinking about the apertures of this building, how big how many
where could be the actual showroom?
Does the showroom need direct light? etc etc.

thanks for posting your inbetween results.
I totally agree with Sandras comment.
Just one or two more things.
I can divide your model in two layers:

Core: Volumetric, voluptuous body

Skin: Fibrous, Sinewy, like tendons holding the body together.

The problem I see is in the Skin layer: The skin doesnt have any thickness or mass. It should have a bit of thickness.
